The Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) provides a number of promotional resources and media information.

Founded. The AIHL was founded in 2000.

Teams. Adelaide Adrenaline, CBR Brave, Melbourne Ice, Melbourne Mustangs, Newcastle North Stars, Sydney Bears, Sydney Ice Dogs, and Perth Thunder.  2022 will see Adelaide and Perth taking a break due to ice rink issues and border restrictions.  Brisbane Lightning and Erina Rhinos will come in as exhibition teams for the season, with a view to full licenses in 2023.
