Kale Costa makes his men's senior team debut after playing the northern hemisphere season with HC Dynamo Pardubice in the Czech Republic. Costa's last Australian representation was in 2018 with the U/18 team.

Matti Luoma makes his debut as head coach of the Mighty Roos, taking over from Brad Vigon. Luoma was the assistant coach of the Roos' for the past several world championships and is a staple of the Australian hockey community.

Congratulations to all players selected in the senior team, who have already begun preparation for the 2020 Division 2A campaign.

Australia hopes to go one better than their 2019 effort, which saw the Roos' miss out on promotion in the last round of the tournament, picking up bronze.

Full tournament details can be found here.
