The AIHL would like to congratulate and welcome Ron Gauci on being recently appointed to the AIHL Board of Directors.
He will serve as an independent board member and director with the AIHL, commencing immediately.
Ron has extensive professional experience in the Australian sporting landscape and is the former CEO and Managing Director of the Melbourne Storm. He is also the current chairman of Vicsport. His previous roles include CEO of Melbourne Polytechnic, CEO of Federation Square, as well as a number of senior roles at Telstra, Microsoft, IBM, DB Results and Verizon.
"I'm really looking forward to the challenge of taking the sport in Australia into the future," Gauci said.
"I love ice hockey, have attended many matches both in Australia and overseas and am looking to bring my experience and add value to the sport here."
